BACKGROUND
National Academy of Higher Education (NAHE) erstwhile Learning Innovation Division (LID) is the Professional Development & Capacity Building hub of the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC). NAHE is committed to fostering excellence in higher education and serves as an apex learning institution, promoting discourse, and developing high-quality human capital in alignment with HEC Vision 2025. As part of its mandate, NAHE has also been tasked with HEC employees’ capacity building. NAHE intends to create a pool of highly motivated, energetic, and outstanding Resource Persons/Experts/Trainers for conduct the capacity building workshops/trainings for following components

• Professional Development Programs for Faculty Members of HEIs of Pakistan
• Professional Development Programs for Management of HEIs of Pakistan & HEC employees

OBJECTIVE
The objective for the hiring of Resource Persons/Experts/Trainers will be to ensure the smooth execution of all the tasks and activities related to the capability building training programs for faculty members, management of HEIs and as well as HEC employees. The key duties of this post are to design and develop the training material and delivery of trainings as mentioned in scope of work and contractual obligations.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• Advance degree preferably PhD but not below sixteen-year minimum qualification from HEC national/international higher education institutions recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
• Must have a minimum of 10 years Teaching/Training Experience in their relevant areas of expertise. Experience/Exposure at international forums will be an added advantage.
• Continuous Professional Development & Capacity Building: Resource Persons/Experts/Trainers should demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development, in compliance with the latest trends in their field. Experience of working in national /international settings in developing and delivering capacity building programs will be given preference.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Resource Person/Experts/Trainer will be expected to render learner orientated interventions and should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive interactions with participants and providing constructive feedback to achieve effective learning outcomes.
• Adaptability and Flexibility: Resource Person/Experts/Trainer should be adaptable and flexible in their approach, customizing training sessions keeping in view the specific professional requirements of HEIs teaching faculty and management.
