About the role: The Director of Revenue leads the overall revenue strategy of the hotel, driving topline performance through innovative commercial thinking, data-driven decision making, and strategic leadership. As a key member of the Hotel Leadership Team, this role is responsible for maximizing revenue across all segments and distribution channels while ensuring alignment between Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations. The Director of Revenue combines analytical expertise with commercial vision, identifying opportunities to outperform market conditions, optimize profitability, and position the hotel for sustainable growth. This leader influences key business decisions through robust forecasting, market intelligence, and revenue optimization strategies while maintaining the highest standards of excellence in line with Four Seasons values and The Golden Rule. What you will do: Lead the hotel's overall revenue strategy, maximizing market share, profitability, and topline performance. Drive pricing, inventory, forecasting, and distribution strategies across all revenue-generating segments and channels. Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Reservations, and Operations to deliver a unified commercial strategy. Lead revenue performance reviews, translating business analytics into actionable strategies and measurable results. Optimize distribution partnerships, channel mix, and cost of acquisition to improve commercial performance. Deliver the annual budgeting and forecasting process, identifying opportunities and mitigating business risks. Develop and inspire a high-performing Revenue and Reservations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence. What you bring: Proven success as a Director of Revenue, Director of Revenue Management, or senior commercial leader within a luxury hotel environment. Strong commercial acumen with expertise in revenue optimization, forecasting, pricing, and distribution strategy. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business decisions through data-led insights. Experience leading cross-functional teams and building strong partnerships across hotel operations. Advanced analytical skills combined with a strategic and forward-thinking mindset. Strong knowledge of revenue management systems, distribution channels, and hotel technology platforms, including Opera and IDeaS RMS. Strategic thinker who plans initiatives in advance of booking window for each revenue generating area. Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills with a passion for luxury hospitality.
