Multan Institute of Kidney Diseases, Multan has announced job vacancy of Data Analyst at Quality & Monitoring Directorate department.

The job responsibilities of Data Analyst at Multan Institute of Kidney Diseases, Multan are:
Data Analyst QMD is responsible for collecting, processing and analyzing data to help the organization make informed decisions. He/she works to interpret data, identify trends and provide actionable insights.1: Data Collection: • Collect, clean and organize data from about Feedbacks, Near Miss, Incidents, Sentinel events, KPIs and any other assigned data from QMD departments as well as other departments as and when applicable.
• To ensure accuracy of data, collaborating with Assistant Manager
• To secure this data, with additional safe copy to retrieve if and when needed
• maintain and update databases , ensuing data is secure.
• assist QMD management in developing systems and strategies to ensure efficient data collection and processing
2. Data analysis: • Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns and correlations that provide insight into functions of the hospital.
• Use statistical methods and software tools (e.g., SQL, SPSS, EXCEL, etc) to perform data analysis.
3. Data visualization: • Create clear and concise reports, dashboards to present data findings to stakeholders at all levels, vertically and if needed horizontally.
4. Data Presentation: • Organize this data into appropriate reports for AM/DM, RM
• Assist RM to organize data for presentation to CEO and Boards
5. Data Management: • Maintain double record, ensuring data is stored securely and is easily accessible, when needed.
• Update databases,
6. Predictive analytics and Forecasting: • Assist QMD management in developing systems and strategies to ensure efficient data collection.
• Develop predictive models to forecast future trends based on data.
7. Any other related task assigned: • Should be ready to take any additional task, related to Data Management, presentation, Analysis, Forecasting aspects listed above
• Should have ability to manage data at HMIS systems, as and when deemed appropriate by Higher management.

Qualification:
