Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Job Qualifications Bachelor or Master's Degree in a business-related field. 3-5 years of experience managing or growing TikTok with background in brand management, digital media, consulting or consumer journey design, preferably in FMCG, beauty or home care Demonstrated success in designing and executing strategies that deliver substantial business impact beyond just managing a single channel. Proven experience in managing creators, budgets, and paid collaborations effectively. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team environment.
