United Bank Limited (UBL) has announced job vacancy of Assistant Manager - Cross Sell Digital Banking Group at Karachi.

The job responsibilities of Assistant Manager - Cross Sell Digital Banking Group at United Bank Limited (UBL) are:
The incumbent will be responsible for driving cross-selling initiatives, enhancing customer engagement, and promoting our digital banking products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to increase cross-selling of digital banking products to existing customers.
• Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for enhancing product offerings and improving customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute promotional campaigns for digital banking products.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of cross-selling initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Train and support branch staff in effectively promoting digital banking solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration and success.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in digital banking, sales, or related roles in the banking sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Familiarity with digital banking products and trends.
