Description:

United Bank Limited (UBL) has announced job vacancy of Officer Trade Operations at Karachi.

The job responsibilities of Officer Trade Operations at United Bank Limited (UBL) are:
Key Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for processing and delivery of all trade services products related to the assigned team within the agreed service standard.
• To ensure proper lodgement of the documents in core banking system.
• To be well equipped of the SOPs & Regulations.
• Forward discrepancies /SWIFT messages to branches & business units for timely resolution.
• To ensure handling of routine tasks smoothly.
• To ensure proper Liaison with supporting units for completion of documents within time frame.
• Ensure proper scrutiny of documents.
• Preparation of SWIFT messages & follow ups.
• Ensure recovery of charges as per SOC.
• To be in sync with Branches and Business with regards to pursuing common objective of accurate and timely processing of customer request within the approved procedural frame work.
• To ensure proper follow ups are in place.
• Ensure proper recovery of quarterly mark up.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelors from HEC recognized university Minimum experience 1-2 years of experience required in Trade Operations Services

• 1 - 2 Year
