Description:

Recep Tayyip Erdogan Hospital, Muzaffargarh has announced job vacancy of Gate Admin Assistant at Safety & Security department.

The job responsibilities of Gate Admin Assistant at Recep Tayyip Erdogan Hospital, Muzaffargarh are:
• Ensure implementation of team leader instructions / orders.
• Maintain Leaves/ schedule of staff and attendance.
• Maintain monthly duty roaster and schedule.
• Liaise with Security officer for smoother functioning of duties efficiently.
• Perform all tasks assigned by the Team Lead/ Management.
• Make sure all the time Ambulance in/out without any hurdle.
• Make sure all gate passes are checked as data written on gate pass Qty wise.
• Ensure authorized signature on gate pass.
• Ensure all in coming goods as sample /temporary log on the register.
• Ensure all TIH vehicles incoming/ outgoing log is maintained.

Qualification:

• Intermediate Preferable Bachelors

Experience:
• 1-2 Years of relevant experience
