Description:

Recep Tayyip Erdogan Hospital, Muzaffargarh has announced job vacancy of Supervisor at Safety & Security department.

The job responsibilities of Supervisor at Recep Tayyip Erdogan Hospital, Muzaffargarh are:
• Ensure all instructions and order from Team leader is implemented.
• Assign and supervise duties to security guard.
• Supervise and maintain discipline among staff.
• Recommend personnel for hiring, confirmation, promotion and removal from service.
• Manage Leave s and schedule staff and maintain attendance.
• Develop and implement monthly duty roaster and schedule.
• Ensure all incidents are immediately reported to the Team Lead.
• Liaise with Security officer to insure duties are carried out efficiently.
• Perform all tasks assigned by the Team Lead/ Managment0.
• Make sure every time both side of gate is clear for in coming and out going of Ambulance.
• Make Sure all gate passes are checked as per written on gate pass Qty wise.
• Ensure authorized signature on gate pass.
• Ensure all in coming goods as sample /temporary log on the register.
• Ensure all TIH vehicles incoming out going log maintain.
• Maintain discipline of main gate.

Qualification:

• Bachelors or preferably training from the army or a law enforcement authority

Experience:
• Minimum 03 years of experience with Bachelors degree (with minimum 01 year supervisory experience)
