As a Healthcare Professional - Engagement Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in delivering risk management solutions within our Advisory practice. You will engage directly with clients in the health services sector, leveraging your skills to address complex risk and compliance challenges. Your role will involve analyzing intricate problems and developing strategies that align with client needs, fostering meaningful relationships and driving impactful outcomes.
As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your professional skills to navigate complex situations and mentor junior team members. You will be responsible for maintaining professional standards, interpreting data to inform insights, and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. Your ability to anticipate client needs and deliver quality solutions will be crucial in building your personal brand and technical skills.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will be at the forefront of client support, using your knowledge to guide and inspire others while embracing increased ambiguity. Your contributions will be integral to the success of our Managed Services network, where you will collaborate with diverse teams to generate innovative ideas and solve problems effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Managing HCPs, HCOs, patients and pharmaceutical stakeholders both pre-and-post engagement, providing high-quality, white-glove interactions
- Addressing external expert onboarding challenges, supporting the issuance of contracts as needed, and facilitating redline requests and escalations
- Handling complex external expert inquiries with a high degree of care and follow through, supporting invoice/payment queries and answering business owner questions
- Conducting contract reviews and handling confidential information with discretion
- Supporting client service engagements by providing compliance oversight and advisement
- Utilizing business ethics to guide decision-making and maintain professional standards
- Collaborating with teams to enhance compliance processes and mitigate risks
- Engaging with healthcare clients to understand their compliance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Developing and maintaining master agreements to support client objectives
- Confirming adherence to compliance standards and industry regulations
- Facilitating active listening and feedback sessions to improve client relationships
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
What You Must Have:
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in life science meetings and events, pharmaceutical, device or healthcare setting working with HCPs, HCOs or patients
- Understanding of HCP engagement compliance and regulatory environment both domestically and internationally
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
