Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Bachiller) in Accounting, Law, Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum one year of experience in compliance, internal or external audit, internal control, risk management, and/or process areas. Also, participation in regulatory compliance projects (Corporate Governance, Crime Prevention, or others).
- Certifications/Courses: Courses or certifications in Risk Management, Compliance, Process Management, or other related fields.
- IT Skills: Advanced level of office automation tools (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Software Skills: Intermediate level of Power BI, Microsoft applications (Forms or others), Copilot, etc.
- Language Skills: Intermediate level of English.
- Specific Knowledge: Knowledge of AI tools and prompt formulation.
- Specific Knowledge: Knowledge of methodological frameworks for compliance diagnostics development (LAFT - Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing, Prevention Programs).
- Specific Knowledge: Knowledge of methodological frameworks in internal control topics (COSO ERM - Enterprise Risk Management).
- Specific Knowledge: Knowledge of methodological frameworks for formulating risk and control matrices.
