The PwC Deals Corporate Finance team is looking to incorporate a Manager for its Real Estate team in Madrid. From Corporate Finance, we specialize in independent advisory services to family businesses, multinationals, institutional and private investors, and fund managers in operations that seek to carry out M&A operations (mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, absorptions, capital increases, privatizations, and strategic and feasibility advisory) anywhere in the world. The Real Estate team focuses on opportunities in the real estate sector, both asset and share deals, and is focused on originating and executing large operations with a focus on creating value for our clients. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- 6-8 years of experience in Capital Markets, M&A of professional services firms, Corporate Finance boutiques, corporate development areas of companies, investment banking, and/or Valuations.
- Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, double degree with Law, Engineering, or similar.
- Specific experience in the real estate sector.
- Master's degree focused on Corporate Finance and CFA are highly valued.
- High level of English proficiency.
- Interest in developing your professional career within the mergers and acquisitions area.
