Job Description:
- Quality Assurance Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee quality policies, standards, and SOPs across departments.
- Monitor quality indicators and evaluate new protocols and equipment for compliance.
- Support accreditation activities and participate in internal and external audits.
- Manage proficiency testing, record competency assessments, and promote continuous improvement.
- Training and Biosafety Duties
- Organize staff training, orientations, and refresher programs.
- Maintain training schedules, attendance logs, and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Develop and implement safety policies, conduct safety audits, and investigate incidents.
- Ensure compliance with clinical waste handling and disposal regulations.
