Experience:
Minimum 08 years of relevant experience with Masters including 02 years in Supervisory role or Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with Bachelors including 04 year supervisory role
Job Description:
- The role Operating Rooms (OR) Manager oversees daily clinical and administrative operations of surgical suites. The position leads multidisciplinary teams, optimize surgical scheduling, manage budgets, staff management, Inventory & Supply Chain management and ensure strict compliance with patient safety and infection control protocols.
