Responsibilities Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to identify performance gaps and learning needs. Deliver a complete and satisfying customer experience for guests in line with the hotelâs service processes and core standards. Clean and organize the assigned work area. Attend designated training sessions on time. Earnestly learn and comply with the work rules and standards in all Four Seasons employee handbooks. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Able to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months or more. Passionate about the service industry, outgoing and enthusiastic, with good communication and teamwork skills. Proficient in English communication.
