Greet and proactive welcome all guests who enter the Spa in a polite and welcoming manner using guest name when known executive by hotel benchmark standards Maintain the cleaning and hygiene of the locker room, waiting room, relaxation room and private class room Sanitize and setup locker room, waiting room and relaxation room timely Sanitize and tidy up the gym facilities timelyï¼set up and monitor the swimming pool operation when needed Make sure the privacy and safety of guest Check and make sure report all engineering defect timely and follow up properly Make sure the steam, sauna, Jacuzzi and ice fountain work properly Assist in the male and female locker rooms when necessary ensuring the lockers are maintained and kept to the highest standards at all times Do inventory of guest amenities and make sure adequate guest amenities monthly Work well when take over other position during shift Finish handover job well, assist supervisor to complete operation job Make receiving and transfer items from other department when needed Provide information to guests about the services offered in the Spa as well as the hotel accurately and precisely Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers; lives the Golden Rule Actively offers operational assistance, collect employee and customer (internal and external) related feedback to management accurately and precise on time Identify and report hazards, facility maintenance issues and equipment related problems immediately to upper manager Respond properly in any emergency or safety situation awareness; promotes teamwork and acts as role model Attends all scheduled training sessions on time Adheres to the hotel's code of conduct and grooming & hygiene standards Is seen as working hands-on, assists colleagues in crunch times; Walks the talk Actively participates in briefings and meetings Maintains a clean and orderly work area and promotes a safe working environment Dedicated to perfecting the travel experience through continual innovation and the highest standards of hospitality, Four Seasons can offer what many hospitality professionals dream of -the opportunity to build a life-long career with global potential and a real sense of pride in work well done.
