Role Overview:
Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital and Research Centre, Peshawar is pleased to invite applications for a two year fellowship in Gynaecologic Oncology. The incumbent will participate in a Surgical Oncology on-call rota for assessment and management of patients presenting to the emergency assessment room.
The post will include 1 year rotations between Lahore and Peshawar sites to allow for a varied and diverse exposure to surgical techniques and treatment protocols in Gynaecologic Oncology .
Job Description:
- The training post(s) is for a period of two years.
- The selected candidate(s) will be involved in patient care in outpatient clinics, inpatient floors, and in the operation theatres.
- They will participate in an on call rota for assessment and management of patients presenting to the emergency assessment room.
- They will be required to participate in the academic activities of the department including presentations, research, audit, and teaching junior doctors and nurses.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- FCPS In Gynaecology or equivalent.
- Valid PMDC / PMC Registration.
