About the role: The Assistant Sales Manager supports the Director of Sales in driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships across key market segments. We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven sales professional with hotel sales experience, particularly within Corporate, Government and MICE segments. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales. What you will do: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned Corporate, Government and MICE accounts across Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus and Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at Sultanahmet. Support the identification and development of new business opportunities across assigned market segments to contribute to individual and hotel revenue goals. Manage sales leads and opportunities, conduct client meetings, site inspections and presentations in accordance with Four Seasons standards and established sales processes. Assist in preparing proposals, contracts and agreements while working closely with Revenue Management, Catering & Events, and operational teams to maximize business opportunities and revenue potential. Prepare sales reports, forecasts and account plans, represent the hotels at industry events, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction through strong client partnerships. What you bring: Minimum 3-5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably within a luxury or upscale hospitality environment. Proven experience managing corporate accounts, building client relationships and supporting business development activities. Exposure to Government and/or MICE segments, with a good understanding of hotel sales processes and revenue management principles. Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with experience preparing proposals, contracts and sales presentations.
