The Sales Operations Coordinator will provides a direct support to the Director of Commercial and the Sales and Marketing Division including the following areas: To be the Golden & Sales Key Operator for the property Provide analytical support (report generation) to the Sales and Catering team Provide additional support for the Director of Revenue Act as additional resource for the PR Team In Charge with all the Database and Systems related to Sales and Marketing Other responsibilities include: Handling incoming and outgoing mail, answering phones and providing additional general office assistance when needed. The candidate must be flexible, cooperative, able to multi-task, and a team player. A positive and professional attitude is necessary. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. Proficient in computer skills – knowledge in salesforce.com, lotus notes, excel, and word preferred Excellent telephone manner and ability to communicate with customers and all levels of management. Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle several projects/deadlines. Sales and/or event coordination experience a plus Key Activities Ensures Data Integrity Booking Maintenance Ensures Optimum Department Automation Implement maximum use of Yield Management Guarantees G&S is Running Optimally Reporting – Daily / Weekly / Monthly Conducts Account and Booking Audits Assists Managers in Selling Process Maintains G&S’s Utilities Trains users in G&S to maintain and improve property’s G&S competence Involvement in the Four Seasons G&S Community Review the Iserver Panel to make sure that data is migrating from G&S to Opera and vice versa Partnership Programs Responsible for qualifying and contracting of all Marketing Promotional Programs or the discount program for corporate companies and association Finance Responsible for Purchase Order preparations for the Division Coordinates monthly with Accounting to check and adjust all division expense Assist in preparation of the Division’s yearly budget and expense Administrative Perform administrative duties such as managing account database, email, copying, faxing. Provide alternative telephone coverage for the office.
