The employment will be on contractual by the Management. Selected candidates will be governed by Bank's policy / rules.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- To ensure seamless processing of Inward and Outward clearing, also providing assistance to other team members within branch at all times. Any delays must be supported by giving logical justification.
- To review and perform balancing of various deposits, remittance instruments and other accounts has justified reason supported by a reason defined by the regulator for suspense and clearing. In case of any discrepancy, relevant action should be taken for its rectification immediately.
- To review all suspense, parking and clearing entries and ensure that in case of any discrepancy necessary action should be taken to avoid any loss.
- To perform the balancing of ATM related entries and provide further guidance in case of any overage / shortage / discrepancy.
- To monitor dormant, inoperative and unclaimed balances in assigned areas.
- To manage customers' queries / complaints and resolve issues as efficient manner, depending upon the category and nature of complaint.
- To maintain highest standards of customer service and handling of customers within specified TATs.
- To manage and make provisions for all income and expenses, accruals in timely and accurate manner.
- To ensure all branch General Ledger Head activities are in order at all times to avoid any penalty.
- To ensure all Audit requirements and implement measures to minimize and optimize risks related to daily operations of branch.
- To maintain all files, registers / documents related to daily operations of branch.
- To ensure all processes are completed as per Bank's policy / rules.
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the Management.
