We work closely with people on a daily basis, supporting them in our corporate employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee evaluation, promotions to key positions in the company, and the salary increase process. Your future role will involve supporting the HC Business Partner in coordinating and delivering LDE (Leadership Development Experience) processes, including goal setting, performance evaluation, Performance & Reward reviews, salary review, talent review and budgeting. You will also be responsible for preparing reports, analyses, summaries and presentations for Human Capital projects and dedicated business units. This role requires close cooperation with personnel administration and finance controlling teams in preparing forecasts and verifying budgets by working with data such as headcount, joiners and leavers, participating in HR consulting activities for the business, and supporting the delivery of people-related processes across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance evaluations, promotions, and offboarding. Key responsibilities include performing HR data analytics in the areas of salaries, benefits and personal data, preparing and presenting employee engagement survey results, actively supporting the business in defining actions to improve engagement and satisfaction, handling administrative tasks related to HR processes, and providing ongoing operational HR support for Team Leaders. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- At least 2–3 years of experience in HR (e.g., HR Generalist, HR Operations or HR Specialist roles)
- Fluent in Polish and English, enabling effective communication in international environments
- Initial experience in working with business stakeholders or supporting cooperation with managers and Team Leaders
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to work efficiently with data, analyses and reports
- Very good knowledge of PowerPoint, including preparation of presentations and business summaries
- Experience or strong interest in HR analytics and working with people-related data
- The ability to combine analytical tasks with operational and administrative responsibilities
- Good work organization skills, accuracy and a sense of responsibility for delivered tasks.
