Ngā Kōrero mo tēnei tūranga / About the role This role sits in our Finance and Operations Transformation team and will primarily focus on engagements related to Operations and Supply Chain Transformation. A typical Finance and Operations consulting engagement with PwC is far greater than supporting a traditional Finance or Operations function - we provide strategic solutions to CEOs, CFOs, COOs and Boards to complex challenges, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of organisations. The Finance and Operations Transformation team covers a wide variety of engagement types including operational excellence, performance improvement, procurement, supply chain and finance transformation. You will have the opportunity to work with both private and public sector clients across industries as diverse as agriculture to banking. Our proven solutions are enabled by continuous digital transformation across people, process, and performance, helping our clients accelerate business benefits. We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Finance and Operations Transformation team in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland with a background that includes procurement experience.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- 3-5 years work experience in Operations and Supply Chain, ideally including experience working in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Technical competencies and experience in procurement.
- Ability to support and deliver engagements and support the conversion of new business opportunities through both relationship development and competitive tender situations.
- Strong relationship management skills with the confidence to engage with staff at all levels including Executive Teams and Boards.
- Ability to work in a highly agile environment and support the delivery of complex engagements.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to tell a story and convey key messages, along with financial and data literacy.
