- A relevant Bachelor’s qualification in accounting, sustainability, or a closely related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience in professional services, audit and/or consulting, with strong exposure to sustainability reporting, GHG emissions measurement, ESG reporting and/or assurance.
- Experience leading engagements or workstreams, including coaching others and reviewing deliverables.
- Strong working knowledge of GHG Protocol, with PCAF and financed emissions knowledge an advantage.
- Confidence working through complex and evolving technical matters, using sound judgement to develop pragmatic and defensible solutions.
- Strong project management capability across scope, timelines, resourcing and quality.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging with client stakeholders.

Desirable experience includes sustainability assurance standards such as ISAE (NZ) 3000, ISAE (NZ) 3410 and/or ISSA (NZ) 5000, and experience supporting climate reporting requirements or assurance over climate metrics and disclosures.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
