This Administrative Specialist role supports crucial internal firm services functions and offers career growth opportunities within a leading professional services firm in Argentina.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • Requisitos (Requirements):

    • Manejo de planillas de datos y preferentemente con conocimientos de Salesforce. (Data sheet management and preferably knowledge of Salesforce.)
    • Nivel de inglés: intermedio (deseable). (English level: intermediate (desirable).)
    • Tener una actitud proactiva y organizada. (Have a proactive and organized attitude.)
  • Tareas / Responsibilities:

    • Apertura y gestión de oportunidades: carga en Salesforce, formularios (CA, AFS, EA), CDD, seguimiento, generación de códigos (EE) creación de IP, carga de portales (RM) carga y seguimiento en Excel. (Opportunity opening and management: loading into Salesforce, forms (CA, AFS, EA), CDD, follow-up, generation of codes (EE), IP creation, portal loading (RM), loading and follow-up in Excel.)
    • Reclasificación de horas: Análisis en Excel, contacto con empleados, seguimiento y generación de tickets. (Hour reclassification: Excel analysis, employee contact, follow-up and ticket generation.)
    • Pedidos administrativos diarios, consultas, verificaciones, soporte a gerentes Extensión de proyectos: desbloqueo, formularios, tickets coordinación con riesgo y finanzas. (Daily administrative requests, inquiries, verifications, manager support, project extension: unblocking, forms, tickets, coordination with risk and finance.)
    • Cambios en proyectos: cambios de rol, bajas, tickets. (Project changes: role changes, withdrawals, tickets.)
    • Reportes Oracle: armado y envió (Ocupación, Project cost details time, ar listing, wip summary, AR listing). (Oracle reports: preparation and submission (Occupation, Project cost details time, AR listing, WIP summary, AR listing).)
    • Licencias y vacaciones: registro y seguimiento. (Licenses and vacations: registration and follow-up.)
