PwC Legal is a team of legal experts specializing in M&A, IP, labor law, White Collar Crime, real estate law, banking law, and litigation, among others. We provide comprehensive legal services at the highest international level to clients from Poland and around the world, utilizing the latest technologies in our daily work. We combine the practice of professional legal advisory with New Law activities – advising other legal teams on legal technology (Legal Tech) and on process optimization and digitalization. We are looking for a Lawyer to join our team.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Your future role:
- Ongoing legal advisory for PwC Legal clients in the area of labor law (for both international corporations and local entrepreneurs).
- Participation in reorganization and restructuring processes regarding HR aspects.
- Conducting legal audits.
- Preparing legal analyses and opinions.
- Collaboration with other PwC Legal teams and PwC teams in the implementation of multidisciplinary projects.
- Identifying and resolving legal problems during ongoing projects (participation in meetings with clients of the Law Firm, identifying sensitive areas during the project).
Apply if you have:
- 2-4 years of professional experience in labor law advisory gained in a reputable law firm.
- Very good knowledge of labor law.
- Practical experience in individual and collective labor law, including experience in conducting due diligence and supporting employment reorganization processes and transfers of undertakings.
- Fluent English, including legal terminology.
- Independence, accuracy, punctuality, and responsibility for entrusted tasks.
- Familiarity with new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content preparation).
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and co-workers.
Welcome (preferred):
- Completed or are currently pursuing legal traineeship (advocate or legal counsel).
