This PwC management career opportunity within the Risk Management Office will allow you to contribute significantly to both the operational effectiveness of the CRO Office and the Firm's enterprise risk management objectives.
This is a hybrid risk management role, requiring approximately 50% of your time to be dedicated to people management, operational leadership, and strategic support functions as a core people manager within the offshore team. The remaining 50% will focus on enterprise risk management activities, including risk reporting, ERM monitoring and documentation, and supporting the Chief of Staff on risk-related deliverables. This position operates from an offshore/Acceleration Center location, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking PwC careers in global service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
  • People Manager Responsibilities (~50%): People Leadership (enabling success of the One Firm Risk offshore team, recruiting/onboarding, setting objectives, performance management, resource development, cross-site liaison, creating synergy); Operational Leadership (onboarding support, resource coordination, progress monitoring, day-to-day operations, staff escalations, establishing metrics, KPI monitoring, process improvement); Strategic Thought Leadership (supporting OFR strategy, RMO strategic planning, trusted advisor, performance measurement, strategy planning tools).
  • Enterprise Risk Management & CRO Office Support Responsibilities (~50%): Enterprise Risk Management (design/implementation of ERM framework, tracking risk exposures, maintaining risk register/KRIs, coordinating risk assessment cycles, integrating risk into planning); Leadership & Board Reporting (preparing/consolidating risk reports, executive summaries, supporting CRO's engagements, ensuring accurate reporting); CRO Office Supportive Functions (operational support for RMO, planning/tracking RMO priorities, cross-functional coordination, governance meeting support, managing documentation repositories, monitoring policy adherence).

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • Education / Qualifications: Postgraduate or Graduate degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
    • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
    • Demonstrated experience working in large and diverse service delivery teams across a large multinational services organization.
    • Understanding of ERM frameworks and risk reporting best practices.
    • Experience preparing executive-level and Board-level reports and presentations in a concise and impactful way.
    • Strategic thinking and ability to connect risk insights to business strategy.
    • Demonstrated experience using AI tools and leveraging technology for efficiency.
    • Ability to work independently and operate in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
    • Solutions-focused mindset and operational excellence orientation.
    • Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders.
    • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
    • Experience in a highly regulated environment.
    • Familiarity with data analytics platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Advanced English proficiency.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
