Job Summary:
The Admin Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with departments, and maintaining an organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
  
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  
• Maintain records, files, and documentation
  
• Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  
• Assist in facility management and office maintenance
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• 1–3 years of experience in administrative roles
