Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• You hold a degree from an engineering school, business school, or a postgraduate university program.
• You have at least 6 years of experience.
• Experience in a consulting firm is a plus.
• You have an interest in the human dimension of companies, or have had the opportunity to gain experience that allowed you to achieve initial results in HR, change management, or business transformation.
• Your curiosity and rigor allow you to grasp varied, often multidisciplinary situations, in international contexts.
• You are comfortable with digital tools (collaborative tools, data analysis and/or visualization tools, etc.).
• You are comfortable working in English and French daily (written and oral).
• You manage your projects in terms of deliverables and supervision during assignments.
