As a Salesforce CRM Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions within a dynamic consulting environment. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and facilitating client workshops to understand business needs, processes and CRM strategy
- Translating requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and functional Salesforce designs

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, CRM processes and cloud technologies
- Salesforce certifications are required
- Experience in consulting and/or public sector is a plus
- Project management exposure (Agile, Prince2 or similar) is an asset
- Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
- A Master’s degree or equivalent academic background
