About the role Weâre seeking an energetic and personable Bar Server to join our team on a casual, flexible basis. You will be at the heart of our bar operation, creating a welcoming atmosphere while delivering high-quality drinks and excellent service to our guests. This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service, along with the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced and lively environment. What you will do Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive bar experience Take orders accurately and efficiently, handling payments when required Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times Ensure stock levels are monitored and assist with restocking as needed Follow all licensing laws, responsible service of alcohol guidelines, and safety procedures Work closely with the wider food and beverage team to ensure smooth service Assist with opening and closing procedures of the bar. What Youâll Bring Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential â full training will be provided A positive, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong team player with a proactive attitude Good attention to detail and commitment to quality service Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical stamina to stand for long periods and work behind the bar.
