We are seeking an experienced Application Maintenance Engineer to support the System for a long-term application maintenance and support engagement. The candidate will provide Level 2 and Level 3 support, ensuring the availability, stability, performance, and integrity of critical production and non-production environments. This role requires strong hands-on experience in the Microsoft technology stack, system integration, database support, incident/problem management, and production support operations. The candidate must be able to work onsite at the client’s office (9am-6pm) and provide onsite support during major events as required. In addition, the role is expected to provide end-to-end application maintenance services, including incident investigation, resolution management, and bug fixes.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Solid technical expertise across a broad range of technologies.
- Programming in .NET.
- Data streaming with Kafka.
- Database management with Oracle.
- Domain knowledge in system integration using Oracle Service Bus (OSB), as well as related technologies such as SignalR and Redis.
- Required Skillsets:
- Knowledge and competency of Microsoft Technology Stack: DOT.NET, C#, ASP.NET WEB API, ASP.NET MVC, MVVM, Entity Framework, LINQ, Kafka, Signal R, SSIS, SSRS.
- Knowledge and familiarity of using Microsoft Technology Stack such as SCCM, SCOM.
- Knowledge on Oracle Service Bus: Message Flow, Proxy Service, Business Service, XQuery, XML, XSLT, JMS, SOAP, REST, WSDL, Adapters and concepts of SOA development.
- Knowledge and competency of MSSQL, Oracle DB from infrastructure and application perspective.
