Do you thrive in a daily routine where you learn something new every day? Then become part of our IT support team – and help us service PwC’s employees across the country.
As an IT Supporter at PwC, you will cover shifts in our IT hotline, handling written and telephone inquiries, as well as in our ServiceDesk function, which handles support for PCs, workstations, mobile phones, and accessories, as well as preparing equipment for new employees.
Join the team and become part of PwC’s IT department, a dynamic department with around 60 employees. We function as a full-service IT partner for PwC in Denmark, providing support, operations, projects, training, strategy, and planning.
As an IT Supporter in the Support group, working hours will be 37 hours per week, distributed across shifts on weekdays from 07:30-16:30. You will be part of a team of approximately 14 employees and 10 IT trainees (part-time). We handle 1st and 2nd level application support for PwC’s approximately 3200 employees. All IT employees are gathered at the office in Hellerup, where you will have your daily presence. We have an exciting daily routine with high spirits, and no two days are alike. We offer support to PwC’s local offices in Denmark as needed, so occasional visits to our offices outside Copenhagen will be required. Some tasks are handled by global colleagues, so it is an advantage if you master service management and have experience with global collaboration across borders and time zones.
Grow here. Go further. As part of PwC, you are both part of a market success and a place that is pleasant to be. It is in the interplay between the two that trust arises, you learn new things, and you develop. Together with your colleagues, you help create innovative solutions for the business community and the society we are all a part of. We are looking for a dedicated
