Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Your Missions:
- Responsible for the design, governance, integration, and evolution of the Salesforce platform.
1. Architecture & Design:
- Define the target architecture of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
- Design robust, scalable, and secure solutions, integrated into the existing information system.
- Ensure architectural consistency, from the data model to business rules.
- Arbitrate technological choices and propose best practices (Apex, LWC, Flow, API, Integrations).
2. Integration & Urbanization:
- Define integration patterns between Salesforce and other applications (Mulesoft, ESB, REST/SOAP API, ETL...).
- Participate in the urbanization of the information system around the CRM platform.
- Ensure compliance with security, confidentiality, data governance, and compliance principles.
3. Steering & Delivery:
- Supervise technical and functional teams (developers, consultants, testers).
- Participate in design workshops with business teams.
- Define development standards and good DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git, automation).
- Guarantee the quality of deliverables and the performance of solutions.
4. Governance & Strategy:
- Define and maintain the Salesforce roadmap.
- Ensure governance of environments, licenses, and deployments.
- Advise decision-makers on the adoption of Salesforce functionalities and innovations (AI, Einstein, Data Cloud...).
- Lead the certification and skill development strategy for the team.
Your Profile:
Salesforce Skills:
- Advanced mastery of Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Field Service…
- Excellent knowledge of the Salesforce data model.
- In-depth knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL/SOSL.
- Design of multi-org and multi-cloud architectures.
- Expected Certifications (non-exhaustive):
- Application Architect
- System Architect
- Technical Architect (CTA) – a major asset
- Integration Architecture Designer
- Data Architecture & Management Designer
SI & Integration Skills:
- Integration architecture (API, Middleware, ESB, ETL).
- Mastery of Mulesoft, Informatica or equivalent.
- Solid knowledge in security, IAM, OAuth2, SSO, RBAC.
- Good understanding of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Solutioning & Estimation Skills:
- Construction of clear and reasoned solution options.
- Detailed estimation of workloads and project planning.
- Contribution to pre-sales files and calls for tenders.
Soft Skills:
- Technical leadership and ability to influence.
- Excellent oral and written communication (ability to popularize complex topics).
- Strong solution orientation and sense of customer service.
- Analytical, synthesis, and decision-making skills.
- Autonomy, rigor, adaptability.
Experience:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience as an architect or technical lead on large-scale Salesforce projects.
- Interventions in multi-country, multi-site, or multi-organization contexts appreciated.
