As a Sales & Operations Support Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic sales and marketing initiatives within our brand management, marketing, and sales team. You will focus on collaboration to enhance brand visibility, capture new business opportunities, and promote the firm's services. Your efforts will contribute to revenue growth and market presence through creative campaigns and effective sales strategies. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will be responsible for establishing partnerships with companies to better serve our clients' needs, building relationships that complement PwC's strategy and execution capabilities. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and manage assigned workstreams. You will develop deliverables within internal business services projects, using professional skepticism and maintaining standards to deliver quality work. You will have the discretion to proactively review the quality of tasks and mentor junior team members, building meaningful stakeholder connections and anticipating needs. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will support joint initiatives, manage alliance deal registration, and provide leadership with actionable insights into account coverage and engagement opportunities. Responsibilities:- Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
- Building and maintaining relationships with key Alliance executives to identify synergies and collaborate on solution development
- Providing comprehensive operational support, including business plan development, resource onboarding, and project tracking
- Managing alliance deal registration across Salesforce and partner portals, confirming data accuracy and revenue integrity
- Analyzing internal performance data and external market trends to inform strategic decision-making
- Creating and managing communication strategies to engage stakeholders and promote Alliance initiatives
- Supporting joint initiatives, quarterly business reviews, and leadership meetings with Alliance partners
- Curating vendor and ecosystem intelligence to identify new opportunities and influence sales strategy
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
What You Must Have:
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or related PwC experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
