Are you a legal or tax professional with an interest in Executive Reward and do you want to be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team where you can broaden your knowledge, particularly on a wide range of executive reward-related topics (tax, governance, target setting, plan design, implementation, and more)? Then we are looking for you to strengthen our Executive Reward team! This is a great opportunity for a candidate to join the Executive Reward team as a (Senior) Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for advising various corporate functions, ranging from the Board of Directors/Supervisory Board, Tax, Finance, HR, Compensation and Benefits, Legal, etc., and management teams and remuneration committees for both listed and unlisted (family, private equity-backed) companies on all aspects of remuneration.
The Executive Reward team consists of approximately 12 colleagues with diverse backgrounds: tax, legal, financial, accounting, etc. As a multidisciplinary team, we uniquely offer integrated and practical solutions for our clients' complex reward issues. We encourage curiosity and development into an executive reward specialist, with on-the-job development being central. We invest in developing talent and growing our practice to continuously meet the demands of our clients in an ever-changing world. We offer a fun and international work environment where you will be in direct contact with clients at the director level.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • You have a university degree (universitaire opleiding).
  • You are a legal or tax professional with an interest in Executive Reward.
  • You are analytically strong and enthusiastic.
  • You possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • You are able to maintain contacts with members of the Board of Directors/Supervisory Board.
  • You are able to independently manage your own time and work.
  • You are able to easily provide customized written and verbal advice to clients in English and/or Dutch.
  • Your experience with one or more of the following would contribute to the success of the team:
    • Strategic reward advice for executives, including plan design, (ESG) target setting, governance, tax, implementation, and communication advice in direct consultation with your expert team members.
    • Design, as part of, for example, a merger and acquisition transaction, of an incentive plan for management that takes into account commercial viability, tax optimization, alignment with the business plan, and contributes to value creation.
    • For candidates with a tax background: advising clients on the payroll tax and social security implications of incentive plans for employees, senior management, and/or executives in a domestic or cross-border situation, including drafting and submitting Dutch fiscal rulings.
    • For those with a legal background: advising clients on the legal aspects of executive remuneration (including regulations for financial enterprises, requirements for listed companies, drafting agreements and plan documentation, and general employment law advice).
