Client Risk Senior Associate, you’ll join

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end delivery of various KYC and Client Acceptance strategic initiatives and ensure quality of deliverables is in line with program expectations
- Help to improve KYC and Client Acceptance processes, drive quality and consistency ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support team leadership to resolve issues which prevent effective team working, especially during a time of change
- Support development and delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives, including deployment of new technologies and compliance requirements
- Ad-hoc projects determined from time to time, including the provision of general support to other KYC and Client Acceptance activities
- Being part of a large cross-functional team, and the opportunity of working with One Firm Risk leaders, engagement teams and project teams
- Contribute directly to the firm in achieving its performance goals, especially regarding growth, leading firm and quality
- Engage in a solutions-focused, cohesive and vibrant team
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to collaborate and contribute as a team member, leader and subject matter expert - understand personal and team roles; contribute to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback
- Experience in KYC program implementation/transformation, including KYC policies and technology implementation
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent understanding of data and able to utilize data to gain business intelligence and insights
- A focus on client service, with an ability to share and collaborate with others
- Clear, articulate and confident written and verbal communication skills: advanced written and spoken English (mandatory)
- Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking abilities including judgment and problem-solving skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Project management skills
- A conscientious, ambitious team player, with good self-management skills
- Understand the importance of having correct information management
- Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
- Correct Information Security Management
