As a Finance Business Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing financial advice and strategic guidance to clients, helping them optimize their financial performance and make informed business decisions. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on managing financial processes and confirming compliance with regulations, handling tasks such as financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style, motivating and developing your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths, managing performance to meet client expectations, and identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm.
