Controller Of Examinations (University Administration)

The Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University of Technology and Skill Development, Khairpur Mirs, is looking for a highly experienced and competent individual to fill the crucial administrative role of Controller of Examinations. This position is vital for the smooth functioning of academic assessments and offers a significant leadership opportunity within the university's management structure in Pakistan.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Maximum Age: 50 years
• Qualification:
  • M.A / MSc / MBA / BSCS / BE / BSc (Eng. Tech.) or equivalent qualifications preferably in first class from a HEC recognized University.
  • OR
  • PhD / ME or equivalent qualifications from a HEC recognized University.
• Experience:
  • 17 years administrative experience preferably in related field in BPS-17 and above in a recognized University, Board, College and / or Government Department / Autonomous Organization.
  • OR
  • 15 years administrative experience in posts equivalent to BPS-17 and above in a recognized University, Board, College and / or Government Department / Autonomous Organization.

General Conditions:

• University reserves the right to cancel any OR all advertised posts without assigning any reason at any stage.
• University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of any of the mentioned positions.
• Candidates may be required to undergo short-listing process of written test.
• Experience means experience gained after required qualification. Experience gained as part time, honorary, and internee will not be counted.
• Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations must apply through proper channel accompanied by NOC from the employer.
• Quota reserved for differently-abled, women & religious minority persons will be observed as per the government policy.
• Applicants lacking prescribed qualification & experience on closing date, incomplete applications, and applications received after due date will not be entertained. Documentary evidence of experience must be attached.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test / interview.

• Contributory pension policy will be applicable as per SHEC Notification No: AD (Finance)/SHEC/02-20/2024/0894 dated: 27th June 2024 and subject to approval from statutory bodies of BBS-UTECH University.
• Any faculty member (who is already serving in any public sector University on regular basis) if selected on higher positions, may be allowed to be appointed on regular basis.
• 3rd division will not be acceptable in the entire academic career.
• Age relaxation is admissible as per Government of Sindh policy.

How to Apply:

• Attach processing fees of Rs.5000/- for posts of BPS-19 and above in the form of Bank Draft /Pay Order issued from any scheduled Bank in favour of The Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University of Technology and Skill Development, Khairpur Mirs.
• Attach attested photocopies of Degrees, Diplomas, Certificates, CNIC, Domicile and Experience Certificates with the application form.
• Send the complete application to the Registrar on the given address through courier / registered post.
• Application by hand will not be entertained.
