Our Digital Tax team comprises both Tax and Technology subject matter experts, working in tandem to transform and automate business processes across areas such as corporate income tax, transfer pricing, and goods and services tax. As a Digital Tax Product Innovation Manager, you will value-add by partnering with clients and business units across the Tax function to gather, assess and challenge business requirements. You will lead evaluations of current business processes and develop optimization strategies, driving innovation to bring productivity and cost savings. Staying up-to-date on the latest IT advancements in the market to assess suitability, you will oversee the development of digital solutions during the development lifecycle, from presales, post sales, to delivery and implementation of solutions. This role also involves delivering presales and post sales consulting to build up business for Tax technology solutions and products, collaborating with multiple business units and project teams to deliver large-scale faceted digital solutions, and ensuring project delivery within budget while providing support for global projects.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- 6 - 10 years of experience being involved in digital projects as a Business Analyst
- Possess a recognised bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information System, Statistics, Accountancy, Finance, or similar quantitative field of study
- Knowledge in at least 1 coding language and experience in data transformation, RPA software and Business intelligence software, such as Alteryx, Power BI
- Knowledge and good understanding of Tax and Statutory Reporting automation
- Proven track record in delivering digital products
- A strong team player
- Possesses the ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business units
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication and presentation skills, comfortable to work across borders with a wide network of people
- Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) skills
- Ability to work effectively, independently and be hands-on in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to handle multiple projects
- Have a positive attitude, willingness to learn and take on responsibilities that may be outside the scope of your current skills
