PwC is recruiting a GreenTech Project Manager (Chef·fe de projet GreenTech) to lead actions for reducing the environmental footprint of IT and support the Group's ESG transformation. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Main Missions:
- 1. ESG IT Performance Management:
- Define and monitor annual and multi-year trajectory for reducing IT carbon footprint.
- Manage the production of ESG IT indicators (CO₂ emissions, energy consumption, waste, etc.).
- Contribute to the preparation of regulatory reports (CSRD, ISO 14001).
- 2. Product Ownership & ESG Data:
- Act as Product Owner for the Carbon Insight for Technology tool (Azure Data Services, Databricks, Power BI).
- Pilot the functional and budgetary evolution of the tool.
- Ensure data quality, carbon calculation models, and associated assumptions.
- Supervise the production and continuous improvement of dashboards.
- Maintain functional documentation in English.
- 3. Contribution to Responsible Digital Strategy:
- Participate in defining and deploying the Responsible Digital strategy.
- Promote best practices in eco-design, digital accessibility, and IT sobriety.
- Propose and pilot optimization levers (responsible cloud, second life of equipment, responsible purchasing, etc.).
- Measure and evaluate the impact of actions for internal and external stakeholders.
- 4. Animation & Change Management:
- Co-animate the GreenTech Champions community by profession.
- Raise awareness and train internal teams (especially IT) on Responsible Digital issues.
- Design and facilitate educational materials and training sessions.
- Share GreenTech France initiatives within the EMEA network.
- Ensure active monitoring (benchmarking, innovation, specialized forums).
- 5. Project Management & Operational Monitoring:
- Ensure weekly project monitoring (planning, deliverables, risks, reporting).
- Manage deliverables: documentation, presentation materials, impact analyses, repositories, carbon calculation tools.
- Make necessary arbitrations and escalate alerts to sponsors.
