Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Advanced creativity and strategic thinking: Ability to generate innovative ideas that align with business objectives.
- Technical proficiency: Excellent knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, among others).
- Effective communication: Ability to clearly explain complex concepts, both verbally and in writing.
- Project management: Organize time, resources, and deliverables with a sense of urgency and efficiency.
- Teamwork: Collaborate smoothly with different departments and professional profiles.
- Customer orientation: Understand external needs and expectations to create customized proposals.
- Leadership ability: Guide and motivate the team to achieve common goals.
- Attention to detail: Care for visual and technical aspects to ensure final quality.
- Proven experience in similar roles such as graphic design, industrial design, UX/UI design, or related fields.
- Demonstrated track record in projects or proposals won thanks to design contributions.
- Understand the importance of have a correct information management.
- Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection.
- Correct Information Security Management.
