About the role: The Food & Beverage Captain provides exceptional quality and service to Maison Marunouchi guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences. This role is part of the Maison Marunouchi, reporting into the Assistant Restaurant. What you will do: Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness. Anticipate guest needs a d satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
