F&B Server – Lobby Lounge The F&B Server - Lobby Lounge is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a refined and welcoming lounge environment. This role delivers personalized, attentive, and efficient service while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, strong product knowledge, and a passion for creating memorable experiences that reflect the luxury service standards of Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur. What You Will Do: Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience. Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and make recommendations based on guest preferences. Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages in accordance with Four Seasons service standards and sequence of service. Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, beverage selections, promotions, and daily specials. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to requests, inquiries, and concerns. Ensure tables, service stations, and the Lobby Lounge area are clean, organized, and maintained to the highest standards. Process guest checks and payments accurately following hotel policies and procedures. Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and fellow team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist with afternoon tea service, special events, and seasonal promotions as required. Comply with all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Perform opening, closing, and side duties as assigned by management. Uphold the values, culture, and service philosophy of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. What You Bring: Poses an affinity for guest service. Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge in food and beverage. Ability to use the Micros Operating System is an advantage. Ability to lift up to 60lbs. Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language. Must be able to speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia. Able to work a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as per business demands and needs. Must have the right to work in Malaysia.
