In transaction services at PwC, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Your work will include conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and managing the transaction process. As an Associate Consultant, you will support the Advisory team with emphasis on the development of deals and deals strategy for our clients. You will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. This will include financial analyses and modelling, due diligence exercises, valuations and insolvency work to support client needs.

- Readiness to learn and eagerness to grow, not only in technical but also business acumen.
- Strong attention to details and ability to multi-task.
- Team player with good communication skills.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a professional service firm with strong project experience in analytics, or 1 year analytics/research experience delivering analytics-driven solutions for internal stakeholders.
- Minimum Bachelor degree preferably in quantitative fields such as Banking and Finance, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Accounting and Finance and other related fields.
