With an active role in the evolution of processes, projects and products, this person will also manage a lean team, guiding deliveries and fostering technical development. Day-to-Day Activities:
- Technically lead projects and ensure the quality of deliveries.
- Act in the structuring and execution of projects in the Agro sector.
- Conduct workshops and client service activities.
- Develop analyses focused on data, research, and the use of AI applied to Agro.
- Act in the construction and improvement of processes, projects, and products aimed at the sector.
- Interface with clients and stakeholders, including international projects.
- Manage a small team, guiding deliveries and technical development.
- Work with market data and analytical tools for generating insights.
Responsibilities:

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Academic Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related fields.
- Completed Master's degree or MBA with a focus on Agriculture.
Vacancy Requirements:
- Experience in the Agro sector, preferably in corporations or consultancies.
- Experience with consulting services in the Agro segment.
- Experience with market data systems (e.g., EMIS and similar).
- Advanced knowledge in: Power BI, Excel.
- Experience in the use of Artificial Intelligence applied to the market.
- Advanced English (necessary for international proposals and projects).
- Spanish will be considered a differential.
- Experience in team management (leading a small team, about 2 people).
