As a Frontend Tech Lead UI/UX, you will take the lead in building scalable and user-centered digital products. You will guide frontend development and UI/UX direction across internal platforms and client projects, work closely with cross-functional teams, and help set standards for architecture, design systems, accessibility, and performance. In this role, you will also gain deeper insight into finance and accounting processes and translate complex business needs into effective digital experiences. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
You recognize yourself in this You combine technical depth with a clear view of what users need and know how to bring people together around a strong digital product vision. You make well-founded decisions, communicate clearly with different stakeholders, and take ownership of quality, scalability, and user experience.
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Informatics, Information Technology, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Have at least 7 years of experience in frontend development and/or UI/UX design.
- Have expert-level experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, including advanced React patterns and state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
- Have extensive experience with UI/UX methods such as user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and design thinking.
- Have strong knowledge of frontend architecture, accessibility, performance optimization, testing frameworks, Git, and agile software development methodologies.
- Are an expert in at least one of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
