Minimum Intermediate/Bachelor’s qualification preferred.Experience:
Experience working with health-related databases or DHIS2/MIS systems preferred.
Job Description:
- Maintain proper backup of electronic records and files on regular basis.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security of all client and program records.
- Coordinate with field staff and supervisors for verification and correction of incomplete data.
- Monitor data quality, accuracy, and completeness before submission.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly data summaries as required by management.
- Support audits, assessments, and monitoring visits by providing required data and reports.
- Maintain proper filing system for both hardcopy and electronic records.
- Ensure timely synchronization/uploading of data into the central database/system.
- Assist in tracking pending, missing, or inconsistent records and follow-up for corrections.
- Maintain office equipment related to data entry operations and report technical issues timely.
- Provide administrative and documentation support when required.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor reporting requirements.
- Any other task is given by the Clinical & program manager.
