Role Summary: PwC is seeking a hardworking, resilient, organized, and personable individual to join our team as a Recruitment Specialist. This position is integral to the recruitment function.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • Qualifications / Certifications Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, HR Management, Business Management, or a related field is highly advantageous.
  • Experience Required:
    • 4 plus years of working experience within the Recruitment Function, OR
    • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a Specialist Researcher or Interviewer role.
    • Proven track record in managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of recruitment specifications.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Familiarity with Workday or similar ATS.
    • Experience in management consulting, finance, tax, or audit.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Screen, select, and qualify candidates to produce a shortlist.
    • Schedule and conduct interviews.
    • Negotiate salary packages and obtain necessary internal approvals.
    • Set up assessments and manage assessment feedback sessions.
    • Ensure all verifications are conducted on successful candidates prior to appointment.
    • Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to align recruitment plans with business objectives and headcount targets.
    • Foster full business participation in the recruitment processes and programs.
    • Build and maintain relationships with target candidates and relevant stakeholders.
    • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and compliance standards throughout the recruitment process.
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of reports.
  • Ad-hoc Responsibilities:
    • Participate in various projects and recruitment drives.
  • Skill Sets Required:
    • Strong stakeholder management and candidate sourcing abilities.
    • Proficient in interviewing techniques.
    • Capacity to follow established processes and handle high volumes of work.
    • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
    • Strong computer literacy and digital fitness (proficient in Microsoft products).
    • Proficiency with spreadsheets.

  • Independence Requirements: Candidates should have no close family relationships within the general Human Capital department, particularly in the recruitment department at PwC.
  • Industry Experience Required: Proven experience in the recruitment industry, either as a specialist or generalist.
