We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Executive to collaborate closely with our Account Directors. This strategic partnership aims to drive significant growth for the firm’s key priority accounts. The successful candidate will provide essential strategic and operational support, ensuring effective execution of account plans, maintaining accurate and timely management information (MI), and facilitating the smooth operation of vital Business Development (BD) initiatives. This position is the backbone of account management, allowing our front-office team to concentrate on direct client engagement while you expertly manage processes, reporting, and crucial coordination efforts. For global priority accounts, this may involve coordinating across our extensive network in multiple regions as needed. Additionally, you will play a key role in enabling our business reporting and insights team to deliver impactful outcomes through comprehensive management information (MI) reports and intuitive dashboards, crucial for control and performance enhancement.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields such as Business, Finance or Marketing.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in business development support, middle office, or operations within professional services or consulting.
  • Key Responsibilities / Value-Add:
    • Support Priority Accounts: Partner with the Account Director to implement account strategies, track progress, and maintain accurate CRM data.
    • Deliver Insights: Prepare MI dashboards and reports on pipeline, revenue forecasts, and account performance. Provide actionable insights to inform decisions.
    • Coordinate Programmes: Manage BD initiatives, campaigns, and events for priority accounts—ensuring timelines, budgets, and governance standards are met.
    • Market Intelligence: Research industry trends and competitor activity relevant to priority accounts. Summarize findings into concise reports for account planning.
    • Drive Operational Excellence: Streamline BD processes, champion best practices in reporting and documentation, and ensure compliance with internal standards.
  • Required Attributes and Skills:
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
    • Experience in programme/project coordination and stakeholder management.
    • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a resilient personality.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Self-motivated team player with a resilient personality.
    • Flexibility to collaborate across different time zones occasionally, if/when required.
