Job Location JOHANNESBURG GENERAL OFFICE Job Description Deputy Responsible Pharmacist Duties: Act in a deputy capacity to the company's designated Responsible Pharmacist, providing essential support in the execution of all statutory duties. Assist in ensuring all pharmaceutical activities are conducted in strict compliance with the Medicines and Related Substances Act and overarching GXP quality guidelines. Play a key supporting role during regulatory inspections and audits conducted by the South African Pharmacy Health Product Regulatory Authority and other health authorities, including internal audits.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Quality Assurance & Product Lifecycle Management: Batch Release: Assist in the final review and disposition of finished product batches, ensuring all quality specifications and regulatory requirements are met before release to the market. Job Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Qualification: Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree. Experience: 0–3 years of post-community service experience. Candidates must possess hands-on experience gained from working within a pharmaceutical manufacturing (production) or Quality Assurance (QA) environment.
