We are looking to incorporate a professional with 4 to 6 years of experience as a Legal Advisor for companies in Labor Law matters at our Tenerife office. Some of the main functions of the position include:
- Resolution of labor-related queries
- Court attendance in social jurisdiction
- Negotiation of collective agreements
- Preparation of dismissal letters
- Review of compliance with labor and Social Security regulations by legal entities
- Legal support to other departments in civil or corporate matters
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in court assistance.
- Essential: Bachelor's Degree in Law + Master's Degree in Legal Practice + Membership in a Bar Association.
- Good level of English.
- Valuable: Having passed competitive examinations for notary, registrar, judiciary, state attorney, etc.
